TASTING NOTES : Color : Straw yellow with slight golden highlights. Bouquet Fruity and floral, with fine characteristic scents of the grape variety. Flavor : Warm and structured, with an appealing freshness and long, elegant aftertaste.

VINIFICATION : Made mainly with Vernaccia grapes, with the addition of small selections of Sauvignon and Chardonnay. Manual harvest followed by vinification off-skins in steel tanks, with temperature-controlled fermentation. Early bottling to preserve varietal freshness.

The color is a nice, intense straw-yellow, while the aroma plays on floral notes of camomile and gorse over fresher ones of chlorophyl, tomato leaf and a hint of eucalyptus gelatin.
